Policies

Booking Information

  • Books open on the 20th of every month.

  • All clients may book their next appointment before leaving.

  • Appointment times are reserved once booking is completed. Unconfirmed slots cannot be held.

Deposits

  • Deposits are required for all appointments. No deposit, no appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Only the initial deposit goes toward the service balance.

  • Additional deposits do not apply toward services.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash

  • Apple Pay

  • Tap to Pay

A $4.50 processing fee applies to all payment methods except cash. Cash App and Zelle are not accepted.

Tips are always appreciated but never required — reviews, tagged posts, and shares are welcomed.

Appointment Timing Notice

All service timeframes are approximate. This ensures each client receives meticulous care and attention. If you have plans the same day, please consider booking a VIP appointment or choosing a day with a flexible schedule.

Wig Installs & Custom Wig Policies

  • Only HD, transparent, or Swiss lace wigs are accepted.

  • 100% human hair and raw hair only.

Preorders:
Wigs and bundles may be preordered and included in services. Full payment is required for wigs/bundles before ordering. Remaining balances for install and styling are due on appointment day.

Drop-off guidelines:

  • Do not book until you have your wig or bundles.

  • Wigs do not need to be dropped off early unless instructed.

  • Custom wig bundles must be dropped off one week prior.

  • Installs are included with custom wigs.

Custom wig turnaround:

  • Hand-stitched and customized to head size.

  • Standard timeframe: 10–14 days.

  • Expedited service available for an additional $65.

Condition requirements:

  • Wigs must be brand new if not previously installed by me.

  • I do not work over another stylist’s work.

  • Reinstalls require photos prior to booking.

Consultations

Consultations are required for:

  • New clients unsure of needed services

  • Loc extensions, repairs, or crochet maintenance

  • Clients with scalp conditions (dandruff, alopecia, psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema)

  • Clients experiencing thinning or hair loss

If unsure, please contact your stylist before booking.

VIP & Squeeze-In Appointments

VIP appointments:

  • Mondays (if available)

  • Saturdays after sundown (if available)
    Additional $75 fee.

Squeeze-in appointments:
Appointments booked within 24 hours incur a $35 fee.

Cancellation, Late & No-Show Policies

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made within 24 hours.

  • Late cancellations are charged 30% of the remaining balance.

  • 15-minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes, appointments are canceled.

  • No call/no show results in a 100% charge and loss of future booking privileges.​

 

Client Expectations & Health Policy

  • Complimentary snacks, drinks, and wine are provided.

  • If flu, cold, or allergy symptoms are present, appointments will be canceled and charged in full.

  • If symptoms appear during service, the session will stop and full payment applies.

  • Photos will be taken during services. Faces are optional upon request.
